A free 45–60 minute chat (in person, phone or online) to understand your goals, your brief and your budget — and to check we’re the right fit.

Engagement

Happy to proceed? You sign our buyer engagement form and pay the engagement fee, and we start sending you matched properties straight away.

Refine the brief

Your feedback on those first properties sharpens the brief — and gets us close to a deal.

Appraise value

Once you’ve chosen, we deliver a full property analysis, set fair market value from comparable sales, and negotiate hard with the selling agent for the best price and terms.

Manage the sale

We handle terms, conditions, finance timing and all due diligence — pest, building, the lot — and prepare a full schedule of outgoings (and, for investors, a complete income-and-outgoings analysis so you know your exact bottom line). We work with your solicitor through to exchange.

Build your team

We connect you with the professionals you’ll need ongoing — solicitors, insurance brokers, property managers, tradespeople.

Settlement

Your solicitor completes the transaction, and you get the keys — or start watching the rent land in your account.
