Sterling Property Buyers has grown organically as a natural progression from Barney’s successful property investing experience in building his own property portfolio. He has proven his expertise in real estate investment and has built a significant cash positive property portfolio that has more than replaced his principal’s salary. This means he has the proven skills and experience required to help you achieve your property goals.
Barney runs a boutique operation where he only takes on around 3 clients at a time. This enables him to give his clients the service they deserve without spreading his time too thinly. Also, no overlap of client briefs means no conflict of interest. If Barney is approached by a potential client who has the same brief as an existing client, he explains to them that he would love to buy for them but will not be able to take them on until he has finalised the deal for his existing client. At most it is usually only a matter of weeks before he is able to help.
Many buyer’s agencies enlist the services of a number of buyer’s agents on a commission only basis, if you don’t buy, they don’t get paid. Many of these people are ex real estate sales agents and may not even have a successful history of property buying or investing. When they need a commission you may well feel their selling skills kick in and you will be right to ask yourself “Are they buying for me or selling to me?” When you buy through Sterling Property Buyers you will never feel pressure to close the deal, you buy when it feels right, we are not sweating on the commission!
Some larger companies offer a one-stop shop for buyers all within the one conglomerate. They will offer you buyer’s agent services, financial advisers, conveyancing services, accounting services and mortgage broking services. These companies stand to profit from you at every stage of the buying process. This makes it very difficult for them to give you truly independent, unbiased, impartial advice and service. There is definitely the potential for a conflict of interest. At Sterling Property Buyers, Barney is your buyer’s agent and that’s it! When he buys for you, you know his one and only priority is getting you the right property at the right price. He will not buy a property for you that he would not buy for himself and he has a wide network of professional service providers he can refer you to for independent advice. Barney does not accept any kick backs or referral fees so you can be sure you are being well represented.
